Eight players from the Province of Hokkaido, Japan will be completing the second leg of the International Sport Exchange with Badminton Alberta. The Japanese delegate will arrive in Edmonton on October 25th, with a couple of days to get settled before competing in the Alberta Junior Elite, the second tournament on Badminton Canada's national junior circuit. The players from Hokkaido will contest the u17 & u19 age categories in singles, doubles and mixed doubles.
The 19 Chinese players come from the Nanjing Sport Institute and will compete in the u15 & u17 age categories in singles and doubles only.
