Expected Outcomes:
- Establish efficiencies of various strokes, and their tactical applications
- Detect errors applicable to technical/tactical outcomes
- Create a series of corrections that will enhance athletic performance
Requirements for successful involvement:
- Must have access to a strong network connection
- Must be in a "distraction free" environment
- Must have functional microphone
- Must have your video on for the entirety of the course in order to receive credit for the course
- Must have some space for moving around & small demonstrations
Cost: $210.00 includes GST. (Includes delivery & manuals).
