2026 Arctic Winter Games

 

The 2026 Arctic Winter Games will be held in Whitehorse, Yukon from March 8th - 15th. Team Alberta North will represent our province at the event and consists of Albertans from regions north of the 55th Parallel.

Zone Trials will occur at locations in both Zone 7 and 8 with a Final Trial and Training Camp in Edmonton:

About The Event:

The Arctic Winter Games is both an international sports tournament and a cultural exchange event with youth participants from regions of the world north of the 55th Parallel. The games showcases a large diversity with teams from Alaska, Northern Alberta, Greenland, Nunavik - Quebec, Nunavut, The North West Territorries, the region of Spami and the Yukon.
