Badminton Alberta values the relationship with its members and business partners. In order to solidify the relationship, we are now required to collect a waiver from all participants. We have chosen to utilize an Online Waiver? Online liability waivers function as an electronic signature for our clients to accept Badminton Alberta business policies before using our service.
New for 2021.22 is the requirement to submit an on-line WAIVER prior to each tournament. The content of the WAIVER is the same material that you have agreed to while completing the tournament registration process - we just require an adult or guardian to provide a signature agreeing to the terms and conditions.
A separate waiver must be completed for all minors (children under the age of 18 years) and each parent, guardian or other in attendance. Multiple children can be added to the same waiver and must be signed by an adult.
