Membership renewal issues

We are currently experiencing issues with the sharing of data between Playerweb and Tournament Software.

The sharing of data between the two platforms is supposed to be seamless and occur within delay.

How ever this season is challenging for both platforms - leaving you the consumer stuck in the middle. Badminton Alberta staff will be monitoring all membership & player/coach/officials licenses renewals closely. The transactions are being held up in Playerweb and must be manually copied over to the members profile in Tournament Software.

We hope to have an update soon at which time the process will once occur without any snags.

Please do not create a second or third profile in an attempt to solve the issue.
