Here is a summary of the major changes:
- Badminton Alberta can no longer offer D & O (Director's & Officier's) Liability Insurance to Basic Clubs / School Clubs. Clubs can apply for their own D & O liability coverage under a separate policy;
- COI (Certificate of Insurance) can only be issued to not-for-profit basic / school based clubs;
- Major Clubs / Warehouse Clubs are not eligible to receive a COI;
