Badminton Academy - Child & Youth Program- Summary Spring 2026

Badminton Alberta offers a number of Spring 2026 program choices in the Calgary area for youth aged 7-17 years of age interested in pursuing badminton. 

Badminton Alberta provides weeknight instructional programs throughout the City of Calgary at numerous schools, Universities and leisure centres. Program information can be accessed by following these links:

Yonex Child lessons (aged 7-11 years of age)

• Monday- West Dalhousie School Child (6:15pm -7:35pm) $202.50- April 6, 13, 20, 27, May 11, 25, June 1, 8, 15, 2026 - 9 Week Session. 
• Monday - Cedarbrae School Child (6:15pm - 7:35pm) $225.00- April 6, 13, 20, 27, May 4, 11, 25, June 1, 8, 15, 2026 - 10 Week Session.
• Friday - Southland Leisure Centre Child (4:30pm - 5:30pm) $247.50- April 10, 17, 24, May 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, June 5, 12, 19, 2026- 11 Week Session.
• Wednesday -Hawkwood School Child (6:15pm - 7:35pm) $202.50- April 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, May 6, 13, 20, 27, 2026 - 9 Week Session.

Yonex Youth lessons (aged 12-17 years of age)

• Monday - West Dalhousie School Youth (7:45pm - 9:05pm) $218.25 + ($10.91 GST added at check-out) - April 6, 13, 20, 27, May 11, 25, June 1, 8, 15, 2026- 9 Week Session.
• Monday - Cedarbrae School Youth (7:45pm - 9:05pm) $242.50 + ($12.13 GST added at check-out) - April 6, 13, 20, 27, May 4, 11, 25, June 1, 8, 15, 2026- 10 Week Session. 
• Friday - Option #1 at Southland Leisure Centre Youth(5:30pm - 7:00pm) $266.75 + ($13.34 GST added at Check-out)- April 10, 17, 24, May 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, June 5, 12, 19, 2026- 11 Week Session. 
• Friday - Option #2 at Southland Leisure Centre Youth(7:10pm - 8:40pm) $266.75 + ($13.34 GST added at Check-out)- April 10, 17, 24, May 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, June 5, 12, 19, 2026- 11 Week Session. 
• Wednesday - Hawkwood School Youth(7:45pm - 9:05pm) $218.25 ($10.91 GST added at Check-out) - April 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, May 6, 13, 20, 27, 2026 - 9 Week Session.

Registrations for Spring 2026 are only available on-line through Badminton Alberta on our Active Net Registration site. Spring 2026 registration will open on : February 21, 2026
