Participants will discuss footwork and racket fundamentals, practice tactical and technical observation and analysis of basic shots, learn introductory strategies for singles and doubles at the regional level and become familiar with basic coaching skills.
This module is intended for participants who already have a basic understanding of badminton fundamental knowledge and minimal experience with coaching and shuttle feeding. Throughout the course, participants will be expected to create drills, deliver demonstrations, and lead activities within small groups. It will also touch on topics covered from the other multi-sport modules in the Comp-Int Regional Certification stream, you can find more information below.
Coaches with limited coaching experience or less familiarity with badminton fundamentals are encouraged to complete the Shuttle Time NCCP Program prior to taking Module 3 to help build the necessary foundation for success.
