NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF
MEMBERS OF BADMINTON ALBERTA (Alberta Badminton Association)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the annual meeting of Badminton Alberta ( the “Association”) will be held
at the
Badminton Alberta office, Bay E, 1135 - 44 Avenue SE, Calgary, Alberta, T2G 4X4,
at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, November 26th. 2024
for the following purposes.
To receive the financial statements of the Association for the fiscal year(s) ended August 31, 2023 and August 31, 2024.
1. To appoint an auditor;
2. To elect the board of Directors for the ensuing year/term; and
3. To transact such business as may be properly brought before the meeting.
